Introduction

Welcome to Theia, an AI Personal Growth App designed to help you on your journey towards personal development. By accessing and using Theia, you agree to these Terms of Service. For first-time users, an explicit consent mechanism, will be in place to ensure agreement with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the app.

User Interactions with AI Coach

Users can engage in two separate 15-minute chat sessions with the AI coach daily. Breaking down these sessions further is not permitted.
Users are expected to maintain decorum during interactions with the AI coach. Harassment, harmful discussions, or any form of discrimination will lead to strict actions, including potential banning from the platform. Relevant authorities will be notified if deemed necessary.

Privacy, Data Collection, and Usage

We prioritize user privacy. It's crucial for users to understand the importance of confidentiality.
Any shared information might be used to train the AI model and improve the app's functionality.
User data is securely stored, with details pertaining to storage methods and duration available in our Privacy Policy.

Payment

Theia remains a free-to-use platform with no hidden charges or subscriptions.

Account Deletion & Rights of the Platform

Users can opt for account deletion within the app, leading to permanent data removal.
Theia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or any violations of these terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Theia's AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional or specialized advice.
Users should refer to the app's content as informational and not the ultimate knowledge source.
Accountability for actions based on the AI's suggestions rests with the user.
Theia's developers disclaim liability for any damages from the AI content usage.

Intellectual Property Rights

User submissions remain their intellectual property; Theia does not claim ownership.

Third-Party Integrations

Currently, Theia does not engage with third-party services.

Geographic Restrictions
Some countries may restrict Theia's usage due to OpenAI API constraints.
